Mitchell's 3rd birthday party

We had Mitchell's 3rd birthday party today at a place nearby called Tumble Tots. The kids had a great time. There was so much to do...a ball pit/bouncer, monkey bars, dress up clothes, a playhouse and lots of lots of toys to play with. Three of Mitchell's friends came from school: Hazen, Catherine and Zachary. Friends from the neighborhood came as well as other friends we know: Addy, Grayson, Gabriella, Maddox, Nathaniel, Alex, Kyle, Sophia and Victoria. The theme was Thomas the Train.

Mitchell didn't want anything to do with circle time even though they were reading a Thomas the Train book. He pretty much wanted to do his own thing. But he still had a great time at his party.

When it came time to blow out the candles on his birthday cake, he had some help from his friend Grayson. But we relit the candles and he had a turn. He blew all 3 out on the first try!

We spent the rest of the weekend visiting with Aunt Kerri. We opened gifts after Mitchell's nap on Saturday. He got a lot of great stuff! He's had so much fun playing with everything.
