I really did think he would be bored with her by now and that he would have moved onto something more exciting.
From the beginning, he has been very concerned when she cries. Until he realized that she really is OK and just upset about being cold during a diaper change, he would come to when she was crying and ask if she was going to be OK.
The first night we were home and I was nursing her, he came and sat beside me on the couch and started rubbing her head.
We had to supplement with formula in the hospital and Mitchell got to feed her one day. You can tell from the expression on his face that he was very excited about the whole experience.

The first question out of his mouth in the morning and when he gets home from school is, "Where's Macey?"
He either wants to hold her or he wants to put her in the Boppy pillow where she can sit beside him. We did that last night and he very carefully covered her with a blanket and then kept rearranging the blanket to be sure she was warm enough.

Last night, he said, "I love Macey. And I like her, too."

Aww - what a great big brother he is! I love that he likes her as well as loves her!
She's beautiful, Tracey!
I knew he'd be a great big brother. I keep waiting for Tyson to get bored too, but they never seem to. I'm so happy he's such an awesome big brother. It's so much fun to watch!
