Ice Cream

It's funny when you realize things you did for your first child but haven't done yet for your 2nd child. I was driving home in early March and it was more like a summer day as opposed to a winter day (since the 1st day of spring had not arrived yet). I remembered how we used to take Mitchell to Bruster's when he was little because they had a free "baby" cone for children under 40". It was a very small scoop of ice cream on a small cone and it was perfect for little kids with little appetites and little hands.

I realized Macey was approaching her 2nd birthday and had not had a baby cone from Bruster's yet!

Our area has been flooded with yogurt shops with various flavors and tons of toppings to add. Mitchell loves the new yogurt places. So it's not like we had stopped eating ice cream/yogurt. We had just not been to Bruster's in a very long time.

So we headed there on March 1st and Macey got her first baby cone. I think she liked it!
