Funny things

I'm sure if I don't capture these things now, I'll forget the funny things that Mitchell says.

I took him to see the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie on Friday. When we sat down in the movie theater, the first thing he said was, "Wow! That's a big TV." Then he kept asking where all the people were. I was glad that we were one of 3 families there that early.

We typically don't let him play video games when we go out. When we walked into the movie theater, there were several video games and before I even said anything, he said, "Mommy, we don't play video games. We go to our seats." Since we had some time, I let him play a game this time!

Aunt Kerri called on Friday and she asked Mitchell if he knew who was on the phone and he said, "You!"

Along the same lines, when we were heading to NC for Christmas, we called Grandmother and she asked Mitchell if he was driving and he said, "No, Daddy is driving!"

We went to the mall today and as soon as we walked in he asked where Santa was. Funny he wants to see him now that Christmas is over!

Some of his cute word mix-ups:
Mitchell: Who put that to me?
Actual meaning: Who gave that to me?

Mitchell: Who's going to take me a bath?
Actual meaning: Who's going to give me a bath?

Mitchell: Do you need the hiccups?
Actual meaning: Do you have the hiccups?
