The lastest trends in fashion...according to Mitchell

I've blogged before about how much Mitchell loves his pajamas. The second he walks in the door from school, he's back in his room pulling out pajamas to put on. On the weekends, we can't get him out of his pajamas. Since he doesn't want to take them off, he's taken to wearing them under his clothes.

Thank goodness his pajamas are form fitting and his clothes are pretty loose. And I guess it keeps him warm.

It could also come in handy.

We were at our neighbor's house the other night. (And Mitchell was wearing his pajamas under his clothes.) He didn't want to leave, so we were teasing him about spending the night at Tara's house. She said she had pajamas for him to wear and he said he didn't need any because he already had his on under his clothes. So at least he'll have his pajamas handy in case he ever needs them!

He also wore his new necklace to Tara's house. He won this particular necklace while playing games at Twisted Taco the previous Sunday. It's a wing pendant on a silver chain. I'm really surprised that it hasn't turned his neck green by now. Every morning I have to persuade him to not wear it to school. I am really afraid it will get broken and he won't be able to wear it around the house and neighborhood. (Please note my sarcasm.)

The necklace is lost right now. And I didn't hide it...I promise. The last time I saw it, it was in his bedroom. I can't help that he can't find it now. So he's kind of forgotten about it for now at least.

He's also forgotten that he won a 2nd necklace and a gold bracelet at Twisted Taco. Maybe he's saving those for Christmas presents.

I swear him and Pierce would be BFF....Pierce would never get out of his jammies if I would let him.

Abigail wore her pajama top to school yesterday...

Oh I am SO sorry about the lost necklace. I know you are worried sick about it. ;)

It's so funny to me when kids get to the stage of knowing just what they want to wear and how.
