Braves Game

We hadn't been to a Braves game since Easter Sunday, we headed back to Turner Field in September. We tailgated beforehand and had some interesting "neighbors". They forgot chairs, a spatula and the woman was looking for a safety pin because she had ripped her pants. Dave loaned them our spatula but that was the only thing we could help them out with!

Mitchell was very interested in the program and asked me where our seats were on the seating map. So when I got up to find my way to the restroom, Mitchell gave me the program so I could use the map and not get lost on the way back to our seats! (I didn't need the map since we were seating very close to the restrooms.)
There is a kids area set up with 2 bases that the kids can run between. Dave and Mitchell spent probably 2-3 innings in that area. Mitchell was exhausted by the time they got back and we left soon after. Although by now, it was the bottom of the 7th inning or the top of the 8th...I lost track. But I know it was after the 7th inning stretch.
We went to a Braves game Labor Day weekend a few years back as well...but this game was much more bearable since it was a night game. The previous game was in the middle of the day and our seats were in the sun.
Sadly, the season has come to an end. But we'll be back at Turner Field in the spring to cheer on the Braves!
