On Tuesday, September 1, we were eating dinner at Twisted Taco. Mitchell was in the game room with some friends and he came out with his tooth in his hand. I'm so glad that he can handle pulling his teeth out on his own because it grosses me out just a little bit. I can't even stand to see him wiggling his teeth when they are loose. You might remember that Mitchell lost his first tooth at Twisted Taco as well! It's funny how he lost 2 right in a row back in November of 2008. Then he had a dry spell for quite a while and he didn't lose any until this one on September 1st. So we decided that the tooth fairy should bring him $5 for being so patient.
On September 16th, he lost the bottom tooth that is adjacent to his front teeth. He lost that tooth at school.
Then on October 6th, he lost his other top front tooth. So he's been on a roll again with losing teeth really close together.
The next morning, he came into our bedroom at 5am. He was looking for his wallet so he could put his tooth fairy money away.
I need to schedule his next dentist appointment soon...or else he won't have any teeth left for the dentist to look at!
